It has come to our notice that some shoppers are a little
confused by our "point and click" boxes on the shopping
pages. We explain below. The add to cart button in the example on the
right has been disabled so it will not place an order.
On many of the pages, like the example on the right, you have to complete three
boxes. The first being normally the select size and gauge.
Simply click on the drop down box and a number of choices will appear. If a sliding
bar appears on the right side of the box it means there are more choices available below
the bottom of the box. Click on the bar and drag it down. Read the choices and move
your mouse pointer to the one you need and left click your mouse. The selection will
highlight.
The select shank box and the size of pack box works
the same way as above.
Next is the quantity box. Point and click so the cursor is
flashing in the box then enter the quantity you need.

Finally the "add to cart" button needs to be clicked with
the left key to take you to a page on our secure server which will show you what you
ordered so far. (This button has been disabled on the example)You can return
to do more shopping without checking out, by selecting to do so at the bottom of that
shopping cart pages.
Shipping Options - In the shopping cart at, stage three, you will be
able to select the shipping method preferred. The shipping cost will be
calculated - so what you see is what you pay.. |
